Inspection, visiting, and diagnostic charges are non-refundable once a technician has visited the customer's location and completed the inspection.
Service charges paid for completed repair work are non-refundable after the service has been successfully delivered and approved by the customer.
Genuine spare parts installed during repairs are covered only under the warranty terms specified at the time of service.
Refunds will not be provided for spare parts that have been correctly installed and are functioning properly.
Defective spare parts covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced as per the applicable warranty policy.
Customers may cancel a service request before technician dispatch without any cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs after technician dispatch or after reaching the service location, applicable visiting charges may be deducted.
Refund requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Service could not be delivered due to operational reasons from Krishna Enterprises.
Payment was made multiple times for the same service due to a technical error.
Any approved refund will be processed after verification by our support team.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Krishna Enterprises shall not be responsible for refunds related to:
Pre-existing appliance defects not identified during inspection.
Damage caused by misuse, power fluctuations, water damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs after service completion.
Customer dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond the scope of the repair service performed.
